Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the sales process, analyzing data, providing insights, supporting proposal creation, and costing analysis, conducting regular follow-ups with prospective clients, and contributing to closing deals from generated leads. This role will contribute to driving sales growth, operational efficiency, successful proposal management, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to improve sales strategies, streamline operations, and enhance overall sales performance.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and managers to accurately forecast sales revenues and monitor the sales pipeline. Identify potential bottlenecks or gaps in the pipeline and propose strategies to address them.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales process and identify areas for improvement. Streamline sales operations by identifying and implementing process automation, standardization, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the creation of compelling sales proposals. Assist in developing proposal templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with customer requirements. Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and content for proposals.
  • Conduct thorough costing analysis for sales proposals and projects. Evaluate pricing models, profitability, and cost structure. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing while maximizing profitability.
  • Perform regular follow-ups via phone and email and maintain regular communication with prospective clients after the initial proposal has been sent. Provide updates, address questions or concerns, and nurture relationships to enhance the likelihood of closing deals. Follow-ups regarding tech support, bank verifications, and client data collection
  • Provide customer support to existing clients and assist with account change and closure requests.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert generated leads into closed deals. Provide support in negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract preparation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure and handover to the appropriate teams.
  • Administer and maintain the client data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness. Train and support sales teams on CRM usage and provide guidance on data entry and reporting.
  • Support the sales team by developing sales collateral, training materials, and sales process documentation. Creating templates and checklists of tasks and documents required for applications and follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of applications with the software and service providers.
  • Generate purchase orders (PO) for the hardware required for projects
  • Create and fill out applications/forms in PDF (Adobe Sign) or DocuSign and send them to clients for signature; follow up with clients until signed forms are received
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure effective lead generation and lead management processes and to improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Performing online demos to prospective clients in English
  • Entertaining client inquiries via email and phone communication

Job Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a 4 year Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in case of a 2-3 year degree program)
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, proposal creation, costing analysis, client follow-ups, and deal closure
  • Content creation experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and keen observation to catch errors.
  • Weekend availability is required from time to time to support business activities and manage customer demands.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, if needed.
  • Fluency in the English language is necessary to be successful in this role.

Since this is a fully remote opportunity, you will be required to work permanent night shifts during the regular business hours of Loyalty Sense Inc. (0800 to 1700 hours- Mountain Time). You will be expected to provide a view of the proper workstation setup at home and have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
